I love to travel! I haven’t done much lately, but I can’t wait to get out there. I’m captivated about how people and places are different, but also the same across cultures. I’ve been thinking about where I want to go and where am I going to go first. How am I going to get there – plane, car, RV, or ship? When am I going to go? What am I going to do when I get there? Where am I going to stay? Lots of plans to make, right? Making your plan intentional, actionable and decisive get you a long way down the road.
It’s the same thing with your business market strategy. Where are you going, how are you getting there and what will you do when you get there? The beginning of the quarter is a good time to look at the campaigns you will launch. What will be your messaging and deliverables?
Create a strategy based on marketing principles : product, place (geographical reach), pricing, people (ideal client and how you present yourself through your brand).
